I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of challenges, including:
Relationship difficulties, conflict, and disconnection
Trauma, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation
Attachment wounds and developmental trauma
Identity, life transitions, grief and loss
Betrayal, infidelity, and emotional repair in couples
Addiction
My approach is warm, compassionate, and rooted in the nervous system — helping you come out of unhelpful patterns or situations and into connection with yourself and others.

There’s no fixed timeline — it depends on your goals, your history, and how much you want to explore.
That said, I work best with clients who are open to longer-term, ongoing work. Change takes time, especially when trauma, attachment wounds, or longstanding relationship dynamics are involved.
I offer a free 20-minute call which you can book here to get a sense of what working together might be like.

I offer a sliding scale for people struggling financially so I don’t publish my standard rate so that people’s economic circumstances don’t cause a barrier to at least reaching out for a complimentary twenty minute video consult which you can book here.

There’s no single format — it depends on what’s alive that day, what you wanting to work on and the capacity your system has.
With individuals, we may work with what’s showing up in the body, in relationship, or in memory.
With couples, we might explore communication patterns, attachment histories, or ruptures that need repair. We may pause , track nervous system cues, or offer real-time experiments to create new ways of relating.
Sessions are dynamic, exploratory, and collaborative — we don’t just talk about change.

A stuck survival response is what happens when your nervous system gets caught in fight, flight, freeze or fawn long after the original threat has passed. It shows up as chronic anxiety, shutdown, anger, people-pleasing, or emotional numbness.
In therapy, we work gently to notice these patterns in the body and help your system complete what it couldn’t back then — restoring safety, agency, and regulation in the present.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities, orientations, and relationship structures. You're welcome here as you are. -
PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) is a powerful, experiential model of therapy that draws on neuroscience, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation.
Rather than just talking about problems, we observe how your body and brain respond in real time — and we use those responses to guide healing. The goal is to build a secure-functioning relationship: one where both people feel chosen, safe, and able to navigate stress together.

In therapy, you’re not alone with the cycle.
You’re not trying to figure it out while activated or misunderstood. You’re supported by a trained third party who helps slow things down, track what's really happening (beneath the words), and guide you back into connection — especially when it feels impossible. Therapy provides structure, safety, and attuned witnessing, so the hard stuff becomes workable.
I created the reading room as a quiet please.
The therapy world has plenty of academic writing but not much else.
Below you will find some short pieces that provide information and definitions.
Also, some longer pieces incorporate my own experience and take on things.

I would love to hear about what response you notice as you engage.
